If you ever have doubt that an item purchased through me is not a true signing from the celebrity, then I am more than willing to offer a full refund on the items return, providing the item has not been damaged or altered in any way. The majority of the memorabilia sold is framed and mounted for display; if you are not completely satisfied with the item, then it should be packaged appropriately and returned to me for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
