Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling

Shipping and handling charges are for Worldwide. Non UK orders allow 7-14 business days for unframed items and 14-21 business days for items that require framing from date of order.

Delivery Schedule

We will normally send your order within 2-4 business days for unframed items, 7-10 days for items that requiring framing. If delivery is required quicker than previously stated, please contact via e mail to confirm we can deliver the item when you require it.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, orders are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

We guarantee your satisfaction. All items carry a personal, lifetime, money-back guarantee that they are genuine and have been signed in person by the celebrity.

If you ever have doubt that an item purchased through me is not a true signing from the celebrity, then I am more than willing to offer a full refund on it's return, providing the item is returned undamaged and unaltered.

The majority of the memorabilia sold is framed and mounted for display; if you are not completely satisfied with the item, then it should be packaged appropriately and returned to me undamaged for a full refund within 7 days of receiving the item.
