- TopQ Does the autograph come with proof of authenticity?
All items sold by Memorabilia 4U come with a certificate of authenticity and a lifetime money back guarantee (see example)
- TopQ Are any of your autographs scanned or pre-printed?
Memorabilia 4U only deals in genuine autographs which have been signed in person by the celebrity/artist.
- TopQ How long does it take until I receive my item?
Your item will be despatched within 48 hours of the order being received, however in the case of the item needing to be framed you will receive the item 7-10 working days after your ordered is placed.
- TopQ What happens if I need the item quicker than the normal despatch times?
You will have to contact Memorabilia 4U by e mail or telephone and inform us or the deadline for delivery. We will then advise you if your request can be fulfilled and of any additional costs you may incur. If we cannot deliver on time you will be advised before the order is confirmed.
- TopQ What happens if my item is damaged in transit?
All items are insured by Memorabilia 4U in case of damage and loss, the customer should take a photo of any damaged item/s and send it to Memorabilia 4U who will then discuss the necessary options available to the customer. Any monies paid by the customer for repair or return of the item will be refunded in full after Memorabilia 4U receives the invoice(s).
- TopQ If there is an autograph I want but it is not on your website would you be able to get it for me?
If you are looking for a particular autograph and it is not on the website it does not mean it is not in stock, also there are items being collected on a day to day basis by myself and my collectors. Therefore if you click on the " Can´t Find What You Are Looking For " logo and fill in the required details we will let you know if we have the item available along with a cost and a scan of the item.
- TopQ Can I pay by cash or cheque?
Yes we will accept payments by cheque but the item(s) will not be despatched until the cheque clears. If you are sending cash make sure it is sent by registered post and needs to be signed for by recipient.
- TopQ If I am not happy with the item can I get a refund?
If you are not happy with your item please return the item to us making sure the invoice, C.O.A. and the item is suitably packaged and insured against any loss or damage. On receipt of the item providing the item is undamaged we will issue a full refund. If the item is damaged we will get it repaired send the invoice for damage to you and refund the balance.
- TopQ Can I reserve an item and pay for it later?
Yes there is a facility to reserve items from the website. You will need to email or telephone Memorabilia 4U, pay a deposit and agree when you wish to pay the remainder of the monies due. On receipt of the final payment we will ship out your item.
- TopQ Do you buy autographs?
Memorabilia only deals with U.A.C.C. registered dealers and appointed agents working on behalf of Memorabilia 4U.
